Access to the parking garage was great, without having to trek through the lobby, allowing for less "congestion" in the middle of a pandemic. The double-bed room was a good size for two people.

Jennifer, the young woman working at the desk, provided exceptional service—solicitous, efficient, warm—from start to finish, and Matthew. checked in with us, too. Both employees made our stay feel personalized, much better than comparable lodgings we have had in other cities. The wine in the afternoon and the coffee in the morning were a generous touch.

The location was perfect. The hotel offers perfect access to Brentwood, Westwood, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and beyond. The staff was very attentive and practiced all present COVID-19 protocols.
